until Roskilde Festival 2014 - 29 June to 6 July

Sunday 07.07.13 - 16:00 - Arena

The Aussie-rockers Airbourne hold the balls of rock music in as firm a grip as their countrymen AC/DC. The new album Black Dogs Barking is likely to be as chemically cleansed of ballads, bullshit and unnecessary shifting accords as the earlier ones. But great albums are one thing. As always the stage is the only place to experience these guys sing about Jack D, wicked blondes and amber ales. Airbourne plays rock with riffs like bolts of lightning and grinding guitar solos. Look forward to meeting these guys, who obviously had a healthy amount of hops and motor oil mixed into their baby food.

Band schedule is ready in May

Roskilde Festival releases the time schedule in May, if everything works out at least somewhat according to plan.

We don’t do it until then to make the best schedule possible for our audience. When we, for various reasons, are forced to make changes late in the process, we have a better chance at putting together a programme that considers both the spreading of genres, the performer's touring plans and safety at the festival.
